1. Assessment
A visual inspection of the property and conversations with all stakeholders takes place to ensure all interests are satisfied prior to works beginning. Understanding the needs of the homeowner is our top priority.
2. Packout and Inventory
Our first step is to document the room exactly the way it was pre-loss! This ensures a carefree return of items and less frustration for the homeowner when it’s time to re-occupyOnce all DBR items have been inventoried and disposed of if required, our team carefully documents, photographs,and packs contents into boxes ready for off-site transport.
3. Processing
Once the contents have been safely transported back to our storage facility, the items are either un-packed for processing, cleaning and restoration if required.Once the items have been successfully processed,the boxes are sealed with security tape and are stored under 24/7 security monitoring.
4. Storage
Once packed, contents are shrink wrapped on pallets and stored in registered designated areas. Our facility is under 24/7 security monitoring with daily inspections to ensure your contents are safe and undisturbed.
5. Delivery/ Move Back
PV Restorations run and manage our own internal moving teams that specialize in pack-in’sand pack-outs! Ensuring quality delivery every time!
